The quadruple room at Untitled 3 Freeman Alley was cozy and inviting, with a personal touch. I loved having a tea/coffee maker, and the air conditioning made it perfect for hot summer days. The private entrance added a sense of exclusivity, making me feel like a VIP guest.
The only thing I didn't enjoy as much was the balcony in the double room. It didn't offer much of a view, but hey, it's just my personal opinion.

The room had a private entrance, making me feel like a VIP entering my own secret hideaway. It was a delightful surprise, like finding a hidden gem in the hustle and bustle of the city.
In-room literature needs updating.

Had an awesome weekend at this hotel! Loved the newly developed interior and cool graffiti in the alley. The staff was super friendly and the coffee was top-notch. Great location with easy access to subway lines and a short walk to nearby attractions. The rooftop bar looked amazing, definitely on my list for next time!
The rooms were a bit tight, but still well-designed. Not much concierge assistance available, but if you're a solo traveler like me, it's not a big deal.

Smooth check-in and check-out process. Text/SMS communication for requests. Good breakfast with pastries and beverages. Clean room with daily housekeeping. Hip and 'cool' neighborhood with a garden and rooftop bar. Great area for work and coffee. Complimentary coffee and pastry each day. Modern and quirky hotel in a convenient location. Nice touch with the balcony and city view. Free two pastry breakfast per person. Cool reception.

The nearest airport is LaGuardia Airport, which means I had the pleasure of enduring a delightful taxi ride through traffic. The National September 11 Memorial & Museum being 2.8 km away was simply perfect for a leisurely stroll in my heels.
Who needs prompt responses to their questions? Certainly not me!

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to multiple tube stations. We loved the vibe and atmosphere of the hotel, it had a great energy. The room was cleaned daily and we always had fresh towels without even having to ask.
I would highly recommend this hotel. The minor issues with the breakfast did not overshadow the positive experience we had.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-designed. The location is perfect, with easy access to multiple tube stations. The staff treated us well and the hotel had a cool, off-beat vibe.
Breakfast delights, but there could be better regulation on the amount of pastries each guest can take.
